Chris Logan of Solid Rock Property Group Tampa

Chris Logan has worked in the construction, engineering and real estate development industry since 1995. His experience started with hands on construction work as a concrete laborer/carpenter building poured wall basements in Michigan. While working construction, he pursued a Civil Engineering degree at Michigan State University.
After graduating, Chris moved to Florida where he worked as a Civil Engineer at Wade-Trim for 5+ years. This is where he earned his Professional Engineering license and gained his expertise in site plan and infrastructure design as well as construction budgeting.
In 2007, Chris began his career in commercial real estate development with Paradise Ventures. Chris has worked developing shopping centers, single tenant, mixed use and multifamily projects across the Southeast. He is very passionate about the industry and enjoys the entire process from start to finish.

John Paul "JP" Guzzardo Solid Rock Property Group Tampa Bay Area

John Paul “JP” Guzzardo has worked in commercial real estates since 1997. Mr. Guzzardo began his career as a commercial underwriter and loan officer engaged in lending to a wide variety of real estate product types including retail, residential, industrial and hospitality. During his banking career he was involved in projects with a total cost in excess of $1 billion dollars. Prior to founding Solid Rock Property Group, JP worked as Vice President of Development and Head for Build to Suit for The Sembler Company. His department completed over 200 retail projects across the United States and Caribbean for retailers including Chick Fil A, McDonalds, Walgreens, Wawa, Circle K (Couche-Tard), O’Reilly’s Auto Parts, Advance Auto Parts, Wendy’s, Starbucks, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Sketchers, Pei Wei, Verizon and more. JP holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola University New Orleans.

Adam Zions Solid Rock Property Group Florida

With over a decade of experience in land development, Adam is a seasoned Professorial Engineer specializing in commercial, industrial, and residential projects throughout Florida. Since beginning his journey in 2014, he has honed skills in permitting, stormwater management, site planning, and utility design. As a Development Manager, Adam focuses on delivering preliminary due diligence and streamlined designs for new ventures while effectively overseeing the permitting and construction processes for existing projects. A proud Florida native and University of South Florida alum, Adam is dedicated to building sustainable and innovative environments that enhance the communities served.

Anthony Katchuk has a decade of site selection experience, having entered the industry in 2015 with The Sembler Company. He has contributed to a diverse array of projects, including shopping centers, gas stations, and quick-service restaurants (QSRs). With a foundation in both law and site selection, Anthony is committed to delivering high-quality developments that meet the needs of his clients. Anthony holds a Bachelor's degree from Eckerd College, where he competed on the baseball team, and a Juris Doctor from Stetson College of Law.
